By using Raven Messenger ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service. The Service is currently in beta and features may change without notice.
You must be at least 13 years old to use Raven. If you are under 18, you must have parental or guardian consent.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account. We are not liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized use of your account.

By using Raven, you understand that your device may act as a relay node for other users' encrypted messages. You cannot read or access the content of relayed messages. Participating in the mesh network is a core feature of the Service and helps create a more resilient communication system.
You retain ownership of all content you create and share through Raven. We do not claim any rights to your messages or posts. Public posts may be visible to other users as per your visibility settings.
Raven is currently in beta. The Service may contain bugs, be incomplete, or undergo significant changes. We provide the Service "as is" without warranty of any kind. We are not liable for any data loss or service interruptions during the beta period.
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time from the app settings. Upon termination, your server-side data will be permanently deleted.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Raven and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data, arising from your use of the Service.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We will notify users of significant changes through the app.
